  • Facilitate donations directly to the Chapter or the Chapter’s Scholarship Fund

  • Create a single space for all essential pre-event and on-site information

Implementation:

  • Website designed as the single information source for the Re-Chartering Weekend

  • Design and manage Mailchimp email campaigns

  • Minimize barriers to access by including the website link in all social media and email communications

Final Product:

  • Event funding and ticket sales goals were achieved two weeks before the event

  • Zero impact on the Chapter’s finances

  • Seamless execution of a 3-day long Re-Chartering weekend

  • The largest gathering of Illinois Epsilon Alumni within the past 10 years
